I have a serious obsession with Tiny Tom doughnuts. For those that have never had the wonderful opportunity to eat them they are mini doughnuts covered in powdered sugar, cinnamon, or chocolate. Since they’re hard to find I decided to make my own.
First I made them following this recipe here. They say to put them in an ungreased pan, grease the pan anyway though or they’ll stick. Once they had cooled I put powdered sugar in a plastic container with the doughnuts and shook it. They’re super simple to make but insanely delicious!
